Processing Time
Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, new product launches, or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.
Standard Shipping
Orders under $69: $8.95 flat rate Standard Shipping.
Orders $69 and over: Free Standard Shipping.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available at checkout for a flat rate of $14.95 within Australia. Express Shipping is a paid upgrade and is not included in the free standard shipping offer.
Delivery Time
Standard and Express delivery timeframes depend on the delivery location and carrier network. Remote and regional areas may take longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.
Discounts and Shipping
Discount codes apply to eligible products only and do not discount shipping fees unless specifically stated. Free Standard Shipping applies when the eligible product subtotal meets the free shipping threshold.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us and we will help you check with the carrier.

- Return accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Due to their handmade and customised nature, we do not accept returns on DIY kits or custom-made items unless the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
