Free Australian Standard Shipping Over $69
We currently ship orders within Australia. All prices are in AUD.
Orders are prioritised for local fulfilment from our Australian warehouse.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 days after the order is placed. Processing may take slightly longer during peak periods, public holidays or major product launches.
The estimated delivery timeframe for Standard Shipping is 7–15 days after dispatch.
Orders with a total value of AUD $69 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping. Orders below AUD $69 will be charged the applicable Standard Shipping fee shown at checkout.
The estimated delivery timeframe for Express Shipping is 5–10 days after dispatch.
Express Shipping is a paid upgrade and incurs an additional shipping fee. The applicable Express Shipping charge will be shown at checkout.
Free Standard Shipping does not apply to Express Shipping. Customers who select Express Shipping must pay the additional Express Shipping fee even when the order total is AUD $69 or more.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier network, public holidays and circumstances outside our control. Remote and regional locations may require additional delivery time.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Discount codes apply to eligible products only and do not reduce shipping fees unless specifically stated. Eligibility for free Standard Shipping is based on the qualifying order total.
If your tracking has not updated for several days or your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you with checking the shipment with the carrier.
