Returns Policy

Woolique Crafts Studio offers 14-day returns for eligible items.

Change-of-Mind Returns

• Return window: within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging.
• DIY kits: crochet kits and other DIY kits must be unused and returned complete with all included materials, tools, packaging and instructions.
• Return shipping: customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
• Original shipping fees: original shipping fees are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

Items That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind

Used products, incomplete DIY kits, damaged packaging caused after delivery, and products that are not in resaleable condition are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Faulty items are covered under Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the item and provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return

Email contact@wooliquecrafts.com.au with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return request. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
