✅ Change of Mind Returns
- Return accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds exclude original shipping fees
Note: Used or incomplete DIY kits are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
🧵 DIY Kits & Custom Products
Due to their handmade and customised nature, we do not accept returns on DIY kits or custom-made items unless the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
