Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.
GST
GST is included in the total price for all Australian customers.

We want you to love everything you order from WOOLIQUE. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can assist you:
✅ Change of Mind Returns
- Return accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds exclude original shipping fees
Note: Used or incomplete DIY kits are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
🧵 DIY Kits & Custom Products
Due to their handmade and customised nature, we do not accept returns on DIY kits or custom-made items unless the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
🚚 Faulty or Damaged Items
- Contact us at contact@wooliquecrafts.com.au within 5 business days
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will issue a refund or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law
