Orders are prioritised for local fulfilment from our Australian warehouse.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 days after the order is placed. Processing may take slightly longer during peak periods, public holidays or major product launches.

Standard Shipping

The estimated delivery timeframe for Standard Shipping is 7–15 days after dispatch.

Outside Black Friday Week (from 1pm on 22 November through 29 November 2026, AEDT), orders with a total value of AUD $69 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping. Orders below AUD $69 will be charged the applicable Standard Shipping fee shown at checkout.

Express Shipping

The estimated delivery timeframe for Express Shipping is 5–10 days after dispatch.

Express Shipping is a paid upgrade and incurs an additional shipping fee. The applicable Express Shipping charge will be shown at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping does not apply to Express Shipping. Customers who select Express Shipping must pay the additional Express Shipping fee even when the order total is AUD $69 or more.

Delivery Information

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you with checking the shipment with the carrier.
